Laborausstattung
The Chair of Geology and Economic Geology, in cooperation with the Lehrstuhl für Allgemeine und Analytische Chemie, operates an Agilent 8800 triple quadrupole inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer coupled to an an ESI NWR213 Nd:YAG laser ablation system, housed in a clean lab enviroment.
Trace element analyses of base metal (Fe, Cu, Zn) sulfides is the main focus of the lab with the possibility of trace element mapping.
